Job summary

Kastech Software Solutions Group is seeking a Workday HCM Integration Consultant with 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting Workday integrations. You will work on inbound/outbound integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio, and collaborate with HCM teams to capture business requirements.

You will develop integrations using Workday Web Services, REST and SOAP APIs, create custom reports and calculated fields, perform testing, and provide

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday Integration experience.
• Workday HCM functional knowledge.
• Experience with Core Connectors, Studio Integrations, WWS, REST & SOAP APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support.
• Ability to build inbound/outbound integrations using EIB and Core Connectors.
• PECI / PICOF preferred.
• Experience with reporting and calculated fields.
• Knowledge of Workday security configurations.
• Familiarity with XSLT, XML, XPath.
• Experience with Document Transformation (DT).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
