Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced Workday HCM consultant to configure and maintain Core HCM modules, drive business process configuration, and support deployments.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday solutions, perform SIT/UAT testing, and ensure data governance and security standards. Experience in Agile environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience.
• Strong expertise in Workday Core HCM, BPM configuration, Security, Organizations, and Staffing.
• Experience with Calculated Fields, Report Writer, and Workday integrations (EIB preferred).
• Knowledge of Workday release management and tenant configuration.
• Experience in data migration, testing, and production support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in Agile environments.

Required Skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with additional Workday modules such as Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Talent, Payroll, or Recruiting.

Workday certification in HCM or related modules.

Experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, or PECI is an added advantage.
