Job summary

Mivada is seeking a seasoned Workday Leader to head delivery of complex Workday programs. You will mentor teams, influence clients, and drive transformation across multi-module Workday implementations in a fast-growing consulting setting.

In this leadership role, you will guide solution design, governance, and post-go-live support, collaborating with PMs, architects, and stakeholders for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of hands-on Workday Functional Consulting experience with demonstrated leadership exposure.
• Strong expertise in Workday HCM, with experience across multiple modules preferred.
• Proven experience leading Workday implementations and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday implementations (Phase X) and post-production support, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Own functional solution design across multiple Workday modules, delivering scalable configurations.
• Act as the primary functional lead and client-facing advisor, translating business needs into Workday solutions.
• Drive requirements gathering, impact analysis, and solution governance across engagements.
• Provide technical and functional leadership to consultants, ensuring adherence to best practices.

This is an opportunity for a seasoned Workday professional who wants to lead delivery, mentor teams, influence clients, and drive transformation across complex Workday programs in a fast-growing, global consulting environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• As a Lead Workday Functional Consultant, you will own solution delivery while guiding teams and clients toward long-term success.
• Lead end-to-end Workday implementations (Phase X) and post-production support, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Own functional solution design across multiple Workday modules, delivering scalable and future-ready configurations.
• Act as the primary functional lead and client-facing advisor, translating business needs into Workday solutions.
• Drive requirements gathering, impact analysis, and solution governance across engagements.
• Provide technical and functional leadership to consultants, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Step in as a project or workstream lead, managing priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Mentor and develop consultants, including graduates and junior team members, through coaching and structured guidance.
• Partner closely with Project Managers, Architects, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support continuous improvement by contributing to playbooks, accelerators, and internal capability building.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, ensuring they maximize the value of their Workday investment.

Requirements

• 8 -10 years of hands-on Workday Functional Consulting experience, with demonstrated leadership exposure.
