We are a Workday partner Company seeking a Certified Workday Integration Consultant with hands-on experience in Workday.In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining integrations within the Workday platform to enhance our organization's business processes. Your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless flow of data and information

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Develop and maintain Workday integrations using tools such as Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Calculated Fields, and Custom Reports.
Utilize strong technical skills in XSLT, XTT, XML, and Java to create efficient integration solutions.
Work with Web Services and APIs, including WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards, to enable data exchange with external systems.
Collaborate with functional and integration leads to understand and analyze business requirements, conducting working sessions with clients as necessary.
Partner with clients and third-party vendors to design and implement technical solutions that align with business processes.
Participate in Workday R1/R2 release reviews and testing, identifying the impact of new release features on existing integrations.
Provide post-production support and assist with the implementation of integration solutions.
Proactively identify and escalate risks, and develop alternative technical and functional approaches when needed to ensure project success
