Job description

Administrative skills:

• The candidate should be well versed with the Sales & Customer Insights (previously, Marketing) apps
• Adept on administration & configuration on Dynamics 365 with comprehensive knowledge on OOTB security mechanisms.
• Good working knowledge of SQL – Should be able to write basic joins and perform bulk DML operations
• Familiarity with XRM Toolbox

Development skills:

• Javascript
• Power Automate
• Plugins (C#)
• Business process flows
• Fundamentals of Agile with exposure to DevOps tools like Azure DevOps

Good to have but not mandatory:

• Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident management
• Familiarity with Azure Portal (basic administration) & Azure Synapse (for data pipelines)

Soft skills:

• Good written and verbal communication
