Job summary

EDGE Executive Search seeks a Workday HCM Functional consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in integration/implementation. You will work across several Workday modules, build reports and dashboards, and support solution design with value-driven inputs.

You will own proposal inputs, plan configuration activities, conduct pilots, and lead demonstrations and workshops while guiding small projects and aligning efforts with client budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Workday HCM Functional consultant with hands-on experience in integration/implementation.
• Experience with 2+ Workday modules (Core HCM, Payroll interface, Compensation & Ben, Recruitment, etc.).
• Experience creating Workday reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct conference room pilots and resolve requirements and design queries.
• Lead demonstrations and POC workshops, prepare effort estimates aligned with budgets.

The Job

We are seeking for Workday HCM Functional consultant with 2- 14 Years of experience.

• Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of workday integration/implementation experience (Functional)
• Should have functional knowledge on at least 2 Workday modules (Core HCM/Payroll interface/Comp&Ben/Recruitment etc.)
• Should have hands on experience of working with Workday Business objects/ Data sources
• Should have experience in creating Workday Reports / Dashboard

Your Profile

You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.

• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organizations financial guidelines
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
