As a Workday Functional Consultant within our HR Governance team, you'll be responsible for optimizing and enhancing our Workday ecosystem to support evolving business and employee needs. You'll work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into scalable Workday solutions, and provide functional expertise across Workday modules and business processes. The role will involve requirements gathering and analysis, business process design, Workday configuration, testing, issue resolution, documentation, and continuous improvement. You'll also support Workday projects and enhancements from design through deployment, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives, Workday best practices, governance standards, and an effective employee experience.
