Job summary

Talworx Solutions seeks an experienced Workday Finance professional to lead end-to-end implementation and support across PAN India. The role involves requirements analysis, design, configuration, and collaboration with technical teams to deliver effective financial solutions.

The candidate should have extensive experience across the Workday Finance lifecycle, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive workshops and documentation. Certification in Workday is a plus.

Job description

Location: PAN Indian

Level:Analyst/Consultant/Sr consultant/Manager/AD

Key skills required

• Analyze business requirements and design solutions using Workday Finance
• Configure and support Finance modules
• Conduct business process workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to develop and validate customizations, integrations, and reports.
• Perform system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support deployment activities.
• Provide end-user training and create user manuals and solution documentation.
• Support data migration, data validation, and cutover activities.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide post-go-live support.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Manufacturing, and Technical teams.
• Hands-on experience across end-to-end Workday Finance implementation lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• 3-15 years of experience working with Workday Finance
• Good understanding of business processes and industry best practices.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and documentation.
• Ability to conduct workshops and interact with business stakeholders.
• Understanding of integrations with third-party applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum project environments.
• Workday certifications will be an added advantage.
