We are looking for an experienced Workday Finance Consultant with strong functional expertise in finance processes, Workday configuration, implementation, and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Workday Finance implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement activities.
• Provide functional expertise across Record-to-Report (R2R), Customer-to-Cash (C2C), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
• Configure business processes, workflows, and relevant finance functional areas.
• Support unit testing, system testing, UAT, data validation, and financial reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and test scenarios.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Workday Finance.
• Strong functional knowledge of R2R, C2C, and O2C processes.
• Experience in Workday Finance configuration, requirements gathering, and functional analysis.
• Good understanding of finance and accounting concepts.
• Experience in implementation, enhancements, testing, and production support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Finance certification.
• Experience with Workday reporting and business process configuration.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum project environments.
