PwC Acceleration Center India is hiring a Workday expert for a Senior Associate/Manager role. You will lead, design, and implement Workday cloud solutions across HR, finance, payroll, and more, guiding teams to deliver client objectives with integrity and innovation.

In this role, you will own projects, validate quality and timelines, and develop your leadership by mentoring others while leveraging Workday to transform client business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Workday or ERP implementation experience.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).

As a Workday Finance - Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on specializing and managing Workday’s suite of cloud‑based software and solutions within our Advisory practice. Workday offers a range of applications for human resources, finance, payroll, talent management, and other business functions. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion, while partnering with team leadership to validate collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation and management of Workday’s suite of cloud‑based software solutions
• Analyzing client needs to develop and execute strategic plans for optimizing operational efficiency
• Guiding teams in the integration and utilization of business applications to achieve client objectives
• Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client service expectations
• Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Utilizing Workday HCM, Workday Prism Analytics, and Workday Studio to deliver innovative solutions
• Facilitating process improvement and optimization initiatives within client organizations
• Building and maintaining client relationships to identify and address business challenges
• Promoting the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance service delivery
• Confirming data integrity and compliance within analytics frameworks and solutions

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
