Job summary

LTM Limited in Pan India is seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Workday Studio and Workday Extend to design and implement technical solutions within the Workday ecosystem. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio and Extend, with optional experience in Workday Orchestrate for workflow automation and API-driven integrations.

The candidate will collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders, perform testing, and ensure smooth production

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience designing and implementing Workday technical solutions.
• Hands-on work with Workday Studio and Workday Extend is mandatory.
• Experience with API-driven integrations and optional Orchestrate workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of Workday integrations using Workday Studio.
• Build and customize Workday applications leveraging Workday Extend capabilities.
• Work closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Workday integrations and extensions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with the Workday support team for smooth production operations.
