You will participate in integration architecture discussions, monitor performance, and drive secure data exchanges across partners and internal systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience with Workday HCM in a configurator role.
• Overall IT industry experience of at least five years.
• Strong understanding of Core HR, Payroll Integrations, and Absence.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Workday Payroll integrations.
• Lead integration architecture discussions with internal and external systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance.
• Ensure secure and compliant data exchanges for Workday integrations.
• Able to configure Absence Rules and leverage Time Tracking features.
