Job summary

TopBloc, LLC. is seeking a Workday Data Consultant to join our remote team. The role focuses on data conversion, loading, mapping, cleansing, and validation across HCM, Financials, or Payroll, using EIBs and iLoads, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and client collaboration.

Experience with end-to-end Workday data migrations, reporting, and mentoring consultants is valued. Fluent English and certified Workday knowledge are required, and applicants should be able to manage multiple data projects

Qualifications

• Workday HCM, FIN, or Payroll Certification (Required)
• 1+ years experience with Workday data conversion, data analysis, or ETL processes (Required)
• Practical experience handling data loads for HCM, Financials or Payroll (Required)
• Solid understanding of how to build, populate, and upload Workday inbound EIBs. (Required)
• Fluent in English (Required)
• Experience developing and maintaining Workday reports (Required)
• Experience mapping, cleansing, and validating data from legacy systems for Workday (Required)
• Proven experience managing end-to-end Workday data migration projects (Required)
• Experience mentoring and training consultants or team members (Required)
• Prior Workday configuration or functional experience (Preferred)
• Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
• Recommended internet bandwidth of 20Mbps

Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, and load data into Workday using standard migration tools, including EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) and iLoads.
• Work with project leads and client templates to map legacy source data into Workday data collection workbooks.
• Run validation cycles to identify, investigate, and fix data load errors, formatting issues, and reconciliation discrepancies.
• Assist in generating data reconciliation reports to prove data accuracy to the client and project team before go-live.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants (HCM, Payroll, and Financials) to ensure data is aligned with the configured tenant settings.

India (Remote) Full-Time Employee Hours: 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST (2 AM- 10 AM CT)
