Must Have: Configured HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, and Compensation

Workday Core HCM Functional Consultant

• 8+ years of progressive experience with HR Systems and technologies, Workday experience preferred
• Strong understanding of HR business processes
• Strong understanding of data governance, operating guidelines, and quality control best practices
• Proven ability to articulate and advocate for architectural best practices, influencing teams to build for maintainability and future adaptability.
• Experience, or ability to adapt and learn, in participating in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and planning initiatives
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in creating and analyzing HR reports and metrics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and intermediate level with Excel
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
