Hector And Streak Consulting in Mumbai seeks a senior HR professional with Workday HCM expertise. The role requires deep knowledge of core HR processes and hands-on Workday configurations to support HR operations and system improvements.

You will engage across HR domains, drive process enhancements, and partner with HR teams to optimize the Workday BP framework and ongoing HR initiatives.

Formación

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• 7+ years of overall HR experience.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in Workday HCM.
• Strong understanding of core HR functional processes.
• Experience in both Core HCM and Workday BP framework; configurations and enhancements.
