Job summary

TalAstra HR Consultants Private Limited in Mumbai/Vadodara invites a hands-on Workday HRMS Techno-Functional professional to join our IT practice. Immediate / ASAP joining is preferred, with a permanent 6 days from office policy.

You will configure and support Workday Core HCM, security, reporting, and integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs). You will collaborate with HR stakeholders and vendor teams to ensure successful deployments and smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday implementation and HCM configuration experience.
• Strong Core HCM, Business Process configuration, security, reporting, and integration knowledge.
• Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, and end-to-end Workday implementation or major rollout.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Core HCM, employee lifecycle processes, and Business Processes.
• Manage Workday security, custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and reporting.
• Support integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, RaaS, and SFTP.
• Handle data migration, mass loads, testing, release updates, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate with HR stakeholders, vendors, and integration teams to ensure effective Workday operations.

Key Responsibilities:
