Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Workday integrations specialist to design, develop, test, and support integrations within the Workday HCM and Finance domains.

The role emphasizes hands-on Workday Studio work, API integrations (REST and SOAP), data transformation, and adherence to development standards. Collaboration with functional consultants and stakeholders is required, with testing and deployments across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Active Workday certification in integration space
• Workday Studio hands-on experience
• Exposure to BIRT reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing capabilities

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support integrations in Workday HCM and Finance domain
• Handle complex support issues and work on new enhancements/developments
• Maintenance and improvement and implementation of integrations for multiple countries/vendors/processes through Incident / Change Request Management
• Prepare technical specifications from functional specifications and business requirements
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders during implementation and support activities.
• Support unit testing, integration testing, and production deployments.
• Follow Workday development standards and best practices.
• Strong experience in data transformation and integration development.
• Hands on experience in Workday APIs: REST APIs and SOAP APIs
