Job summary

Mattel Global Business Services in Hyderabad is seeking a Level 2/3 production support specialist for BY WMS environments. You will monitor production jobs, interfaces, and health systems to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely order processing.

Role requires hands-on experience with MOCA queries, SQL troubleshooting, BY WMS configurations, and API/EDI integrations. Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/SC or related field and 3+ years of WMS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, supply chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Blue Yonder / JDA WMS.
• Hands-on experience with MOCA queries, SQL troubleshooting, BY WMS configurations.

Preferred candidate profile
