Job summary

Eximietas Design LLC in Bengaluru seeks an experienced WLAN Test Engineer to design and execute test plans for Wi‑Fi features and protocols. You will validate IEEE 802.11 standards and perform extensive functional, regression, and stress testing across WLAN devices.

Responsibilities include building testbeds, analyzing logs with Wireshark and other tools, and developing Python automation scripts for validation. Strong communication and collaboration with firmware teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of WLAN/Wi‑Fi testing experience.
• Strong understanding of IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax.
• Proficient in Python scripting for automation and log parsing.
• Hands-on experience with network testing tools such as Wireshark, IxChariot, Spirent, or similar.
• Experience in network log analysis and debugging WLAN-related issues.
• Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Routing, and Switching.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD tools is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
