Job summary

Straategic Hrd Consultancy Service seeks a skilled operator for wire-cut/CNC tasks in Bengaluru. The role involves setting up machines, programming, and operating wire-cut equipment to maintain tight tolerances and accuracy on precision parts.

The candidate should have GD&T knowledge, experience with 4-axis CNC, taper cutting, and the ability to read engineering drawings. Preference given to aerospace/defense or precision engineering backgrounds.

Qualifications

• G&D&T interpretation and 4-axis machining capability required.
• Experience with taper cutting and precision measurement.
• Preference for Aerospace/Defense or precision engineering backgrounds.
• Experience with T&D machining, CAD/CAM, and reading engineering drawings.
• Ability to work with hardened tool-steel machining and jig & fixture manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Setting up machines and programming for wire cut operations.
• Operate wire cut machines and load/edit programs.
• Machine setup, wire selection, threading and alignment.
• Adjust offsets and machining parameters to meet tolerances.
• Perform inspection and document results; troubleshoot as needed.
