Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC Wire Cut-3240 HSAT-Pro2 machines for cutting dies, punches, and precision sheet metal components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and part specifications.
• Perform accurate and efficient cutting operations as per design requirements.
• Program Wire Cut machines for SS, MS, and other sheet metal components.
• Conduct basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and upkeep of wire cut machines.
• Ensure high accuracy, superior surface finish, and strict dimensional control.
• Collaborate with the tool room and production teams for timely tool and die availability.
• Maintain records of jobs, machine settings, and cutting parameters.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Wire Cut Machine Operator cum Programmer with hands-on experience in wire cutting operations for sheet metal components. The role involves precision cutting of tools, dies, and components used in the manufacturing of hinges and door accessories. The ideal candidate should have both operating and programming expertise, along with knowledge of sheet metal processes and plating-related cutting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up CNC Wire Cut- 3240 HSAT- Pro2 machines for cutting dies, punches, and precision sheet metal components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and part specifications.
