Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Windows Server Administrator to maintain enterprise Windows infrastructure in Bengaluru. You will manage 2019/2022 environments, AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs, ensure patch compliance, monitor health, and troubleshoot issues across security and IT teams.

The role emphasizes automation with PowerShell, vulnerability remediation, and ITIL-aligned incident, change, and problem management to sustain a secure, reliable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience in Windows Server 2019/2022 administration.
• Hands-on expertise with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Management.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Experience with WSUS and Patch Management.
• Fundamental knowledge of VMware vSphere administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender and Qualys Vulnerability Management.
• Strong security hardening and vulnerability remediation skills.
• Proficient in performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
• Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and operational support.

Responsibilities
