Job summary

Lauren Information Technologies in Navi Mumbai invites applications for an IT Operations Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to monitor infrastructure, databases and networks, and to handle incident tickets with defined SLAs.

You will work from CBD Belapur office, 6 days a week with rotating shifts, using tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana and SolarWinds, following runbooks and ITIL practices to keep systems healthy and well-documented.

Qualifications

• Handling incident tickets to meet SLAs.
• Familiar with ITIL or ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure health and system alerts across databases, servers, and network devices using monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana, SolarWinds).
• Databases: Verify status, slow queries, connection issues, replication lag, and backups.
• Linux/Windows Servers: Service restarts, log analysis, disk/CPU/memory issues, patch verification.
• Networking: Basic link issues, interface errors, latency, DNS/DHCP issues, VPN checks.
• Analyze event and incident trends and contribute to problem management and RCA inputs.
• Execute standard runbooks and change tasks, including patching, backup validation, and log rotation.
• Take ownership of incident and request tickets, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Hands-on with monitoring tools (like Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, Grafana, or similar).
• Familiarity with ITIL or ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow runbooks and SOPs with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in 24x7 environment with rotating shifts.
• Coordinate and escalation issues to L2/L3 teams with proper impact assessment and documentation.
