Job summary

Flexis IT Pvt Ltd in Delhi is looking for a seasoned Windows Administrator to manage and support clients' IT infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments. You will handle Windows Server installations, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and patch management, ensuring high availability.

Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, backups, and patch deployment, plus administering Hyper-V/VMware, Exchange Server, and Office 365.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Windows administration and IT infrastructure support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues independently.
• Experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, AD, DNS, DHCP, and data backup.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server patching and backups; ensure security updates.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and administer servers, networking, and endpoint issues.
• Support Microsoft 365/Office 365, Exchange, and Active Directory across clients.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• 6+ years of experience in Windows administration, troubleshoot, installation, Patching and support of Windows, Microsoft/Office 365 and Networking issues.
• Monitoring, Troubleshooting and Administration of the IT Infrastructure - Servers, Backup & Antivirus
• Candidate must have skills to troubleshoot clients IT issues independently.
• Should have deep knowledge of Windows Administration, Windows Server Installation and Knowledge and working experience in Back up Approach, MS Patch administration, and Domain controller.
• Experience in Managing Microsoft Windows servers with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File server, Print Server, and Group Policies.
• Experience in Managing Virtualized Environment using Hyper-V and/or VMWare
• Configuration and troubleshooting of various operating systems like Windows 2012/2016/2019
• Manage Windows Server Backup procedures and configuration is plus
• Managed/Migrated Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft 365/Office 365

Windows Patch Management

• Schedule and deploy third-party application patches across managed endpoints.
• Validate successful patch installation and remediate failed deployments. Investigate and resolve patch-related issues, application conflicts, and installation errors.
