Qualifications

• Graduate in computer stream (BCA, BTECH, BE).
• 6+ years experience with 2-3 years of related vulnerability management exposure.
• Hands-on experience with Vulnerability patching tools like BladeLogic, Tanium, SCCM, WSUS, BigFix and others.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate patching and remediation across Windows and Linux servers.
• Work with system administrators and application owners to coordinate and deliver updates.
• Analyze vulnerabilities and ensure appropriate action for patch delivery.
• Report results to clients and partner teams.
• Maintain regular status updates via chat, email or phone with the onshore team.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and drive seamless service delivery.

We are looking to hire a Server Patching Coordination Specialist with experience in vulnerability patching, to support our client in Singapore which is a top global investment bank.

Individual will be part of the Server deployment function of TI s-Patching & Currency Team. This function is responsible for deployment of security patches, OS upgrades and other critical application upgrades across the Enterprise servers.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating patching and remediation across Wintel and Linux servers. Candidate will work closely with system administrators and application owners to coordinate and deliver updates to resolve vulnerabilities. Candidate may be required to analyze vulnerabilities and ensure appropriate action is being taken against the server ensuring smooth patch delivery. Responsible for reporting results to clients and partner teams.
• Regular and frequent communication through chat, e-mail or phone with the onshore team is required to update the status and seek additional information/clarification.
• 3 or more years of Windows and/or Linux systems administration with deployment experience in large environments is preferred
• Experience with Vulnerability Management patching
• Strong reporting and Microsoft Suite skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of BAC environment
• Knowledge of Bladelogic/Tanium a plus
• Experience working with system implementations following organizational processes
• Flexible scheduling
• Scripting knowledge a plus
