Adeeba e-Services seeks a night-shift Tech Support associate in Kolkata to manage inbound US-based calls about Windows, pop-ups, printers, and remote diagnostics. You will upsell maintenance contracts while delivering friendly, solution-oriented support.

Candidates should have 10 months to 1 year in inbound/outbound tech support, be fluent in English, and demonstrate call-closing and sales skills; fresher need not apply.

Role-Taking inbound calls (US) regarding computers. Taking inbound calls regarding pop-ups, email, printer issues. Windows Calls. Taking the remote access of the customer's computer & diagnosing the problems. Pitching for Service maintenance contract. Sales Pitch. To achieve daily sales target.
