Adeeba e-Services in Kolkata (Salt Lake, Sec-V) is hiring for a Tech Support Agent to handle inbound calls and sell technical support plans for Mac/Windows/Router/Antivirus etc. You will analyze issues and guide customers towards suitable packages with a focus on closing calls.

The role requires experience in inbound or outbound tech sales, familiarity with international BPO environments, and willingness to work night shifts (8 pm to 6 am).

Qualifications

• Preference: Candidate must have experience in inbound or outbound tech sales process.
• Candidate must be experienced in closing own calls.
• Candidates must be from international BPO experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for tech support and upsell relevant plans.
• Analyze customer issues and guide them to suitable software/protection plans.
• Close sales during calls and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Description

Urgent joining in inbound call center at salt lake,sec-v

Candidates from same profile having min of 10 months exp will be preferred.

Note- Candidates must have proficiency in Closing Calls.

Tech Support Agent- Inbound calls sales process of technical support regarding Mac/ Windows/ Pop Up/ Router/ Antivirus/ Printer Etc.

Analyzing the issues correctly and selling the relevant plans and software..

Salary- max 25K (depending on experience) + incentives

• Shift 8 pm-6 am
• Salary credited on 1st of month
• 40 paid leaves/annum +paid B'day leave

Qualifications

Preference :

Candidate must be experience in inbound or outbound tech sales process

Candidate must be exp in closing his own calls

Candidates must be exp from international BPO

Candidate must be flexible for rotational shifts
