Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks an experienced PLM migration expert to lead Windchill migration programs across multiple enterprise environments. You will define migration strategies, drive data extraction and transformation, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact PLM solutions.

The role requires extensive Windchill PDMLink experience and hands-on migration leadership, with collaboration across business, technical, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in PLM implementations, upgrades and migrations.
• Strong Windchill PDMLink expertise.
• Experience migrating data from Teamcenter, ENOVIA, Agile PLM, SmarTeam, SAP PLM.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end migration programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Windchill migration programs including assessment, planning, execution, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Define migration strategies for legacy PLM/PDM systems to PTC Windchill.
• Drive data extraction, mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading activities.
• Lead migration of Parts, Documents, CAD Data, BOMs, Product Structures, Classifications, and Change Objects.
• Collaborate with business users, architects, administrators, and technical teams to ensure successful migration delivery.

Your Profile

• Lead end-to-end Windchill migration programs including assessment, planning, execution, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Define migration strategies for legacy PLM/PDM systems to PTC Windchill.

Your Role

• Strong expertise in PTC Windchill PDMLink and core PLM functionalities.
• Hands-on experience in Windchill migration, upgrade, and consolidation programs.
• Experience migrating data from Teamcenter, ENOVIA, Agile PLM, SmarTeam, SAP PLM, or custom legacy systems.
• Strong understanding of Product Structure Management, BOM Management, Change Management, Document Management, and Classification.
• Experience with Windchill Bulk Migrator, Data Loaders, Info*Engine, and Windchill APIs.
