Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Bengaluru is seeking a senior PLM professional to lead Windchill migration programs. You will drive end-to-end migrations, define strategies for legacy systems, and oversee data extraction, cleansing, and loading for Parts, Documents, CAD Data, and BOMs.

You will collaborate with business users, architects, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery, with 8–15 years of experience and expertise in Windchill PDMLink and related tools.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in PLM implementations, upgrades, and migration projects.
• Strong expertise in Windchill PDMLink and core PLM functionalities.
• Hands-on experience in Windchill migration, upgrade, and consolidation programs.
• Experience migrating data from Teamcenter, ENOVIA, Agile PLM, SmarTeam, SAP PLM, or custom legacy systems.
• Good understanding of Product Structure Management, BOM Management, Change Management, Document Management, and Classification.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Windchill migration programs including assessment, planning, execution, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Define migration strategies for legacy PLM/PDM systems to Windchill.
• Drive data extraction, mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading activities.
• Lead migration of Parts, Documents, CAD Data, BOMs, Product Structures, Classifications, and Change Objects.
• Collaborate with business users, architects, administrators, and technical teams to ensure successful migration delivery.
