Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services in Hyderabad is seeking a PTC Windchill PLM Data Migration Lead with 14+ years of PLM experience, including two full end-to-end Windchill PLM implementations focusing on data migration. Lead the migration lifecycle from Siemens Teamcenter to Windchill, including profiling, ETL, loading, reconciliation, and validation.

Collaborate with Solution Architects, Functional Leads and stakeholders to ensure migrated data aligns with target Windchill data models.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of PLM experience required.
• End-to-end Windchill PLM implementations with data-migration focus.
• Experience migrating from Siemens Teamcenter to Windchill.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete data migration lifecycle from Teamcenter to Windchill, including profiling, ETL, loading, reconciliation and validation.
• Define and execute migration strategy using Windchill Bulk Migrator, ESI, Info*Engine, APIs and ETL pipelines.
• Oversee data mapping for Parts, BOM/MBOM, Change Objects, CAD documents, workflows and configurations.
• Establish data quality frameworks with delta loads, reconciliations and error handling.

• Lead the complete data migration lifecycle from Siemens Teamcenter to PTC Windchill, including data profiling, extraction, transformation (ETL), loading, reconciliation, and validation.
• Define and execute migration strategy using Windchill Bulk Migrator, ESI, Info*Engine, APIs, custom ETL pipelines, and other relevant migration toolsets.
• Oversee data mapping activities for Parts, BOM/MBOM, Change Objects, CAD Documents, Workflows, Configurations ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability.
• Establish and manage data quality frameworks, including delta loads, incremental updates, reference data alignment, error handling, and reconciliation procedures.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Functional Leads, and business stakeholders to ensure migrated data aligns with target Windchill data models, object structures.
