Job summary

apply is hiring an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end Workforce Management (Time & Attendance) implementations for enterprise clients. This 100% client-facing role is aligned to US EST time zone, blending functional consulting, project management (~70%), and system configuration.

You will own client workshops, gather requirements, configure time rules, pay policies, and HCM workflows, and manage data migration with HRIS/payroll integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Time & Attendance or HCM implementations and migrations (discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment).
• Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and translate into system solutions.
• Own ~70% of project management responsibilities including planning, tracking, and execution.
• Configure systems based on client specifications, including time rules, pay policies, schedules, and HCM workflows.
• Provide training, change management, and post-go-live support for successful adoption.
• Support go-live activities, cutover planning, and hyper care stabilization.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, IT, and third-party vendors.
• Manage data migration, validation, and integration with HRIS/payroll.
• Design and execute test scenarios, UAT, and parallel runs.

We are hiring an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end Workforce Management (Time & Attendance) implementations for enterprise clients. This is a 100% client-facing role aligned to US EST time zone, combining responsibilities across functional consulting, project management (~70%), and system configuration. The role requires strong ownership, client engagement, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Time & Attendance or HCM Implementation and migration projects, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct client workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into system solutions.
• Own ~70% of project management responsibilities including planning, tracking, and execution
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, dashboards, and status reporting
• Define and manage RACI matrix and escalation frameworks
• Track project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
• Configure systems based on client specifications, including time rules, pay policies, schedules, and HCM workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, IT, and third-party vendors.
• Manage data migration, validation, and integration with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Design and execute test scenarios, User Acceptance Testing, and parallel runs
• Provide training, change management, and post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption.
• Support go-live activities, cutover planning, and hyper care stabilization
• Participate in client calls across UK and US time zones, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
• Stay current with HCM technologies and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms.

Required Skills

• 38 years of experience in HCM systems, with exposure to Time & Attendance, Core HR, Payroll, or Talent modules.
• Strong client-facing and consultative skills; ability to lead discussions and influence decision-making.
• Experience in project planning, reporting, and governance.
• Solid understanding of HCM processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience with system configuration, data migration, and UAT.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to transition to new platforms and work in US shifts.

Product Experience

• WorkForce Software, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors Time, Workday Time Tracking
• Oracle Time & Labor, Quinyx, Infor, Dayforce or similar platforms

Technical Skills

• Basic SQL or JavaScript knowledge
• Willingness to learn configuration and new platforms
