Job summary

Adani Group is seeking a Wet Chemistry Process Engineer in India to supervise silicon wafer preparation through wet chemistry. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient production aligned with schedules.

The role requires 2–5 years in wet chemistry, with focus on hazard control, process optimization, and quality documentation to support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in wet chemistry process activities.
• Experience with chemical handling, batch processing and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards through audits and training.
• Supervise wet chemistry processes to prepare silicon wafers for solar cell manufacturing.
• Handle and manage chemicals ensuring proper storage, handling and disposal in compliance with regulations.
• Optimize chemical concentrations, temperatures, and immersion times for wafer cleanliness and surface properties.
• Conduct inspections to verify process effectiveness and maintain high cleanliness/surface quality.
• Maintain accurate records of chemical usage, process parameters, quality inspections, and safety procedures; generate reports for continuous improvement.
