Responsibilities

  • Drive yield improvement initiatives across wafer fabrication processes.
  • Analyze electrical, parametric, inline, and defect data to identify yield loss mechanisms.
  • Investigate process excursions and develop corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with Process, Device, Product, Equipment, and Manufacturing Engineering teams.
  • Perform process integration studies throughout the technology development lifecycle.
  • Monitor process health using SPC methodologies and data analysis.
  • Support new technology qualification, process optimization, and production ramp.
  • Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations for yield-related issues.
  • Develop data-driven solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
  • Review process capability metrics and recommend continuous improvement actions.
  • Generate engineering reports, technical documentation, and yield performance dashboards.
  • Participate in customer issue resolution and technology transfer activities as required.
