Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Well Engineer with a strong background in Oil & Gas operations to support end-to-end well planning, execution, and optimization activities. The role requires hands‑on technical expertise, strict adherence to safety standards, and effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute drilling, completion, and workover operations in Oil & Gas wells in line with approved well programs.
• Monitor real‑time well operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost‑effective execution.
• Prepare and review well designs, procedures, risk assessments, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate closely with drilling, reservoir, production, and HSE teams to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze well performance data and recommend technical solutions to improve well integrity and production efficiency.
• Manage interfaces with service companies, contractors, and vendors for well services and equipment.
• Ensure full compliance with Oil & Gas industry standards, company policies, and HSE requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as a Well Engineer in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of drilling engineering, well control, completion technologies, and well integrity management.
• Experience with well planning, surveillance, and real‑time monitoring tools.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in onshore and/or offshore Oil & Gas projects.
• Exposure to international Oil & Gas operations is an added advantage.
