Job summary

Eastman Exports Global Clothing Pvt Ltd. is seeking a Labour Welfare Officer to ensure compliance with labour laws and company welfare policies. You will support welfare initiatives and maintain records.

You will conduct regular inspections, develop welfare programs including medical services and housing facilities, and collaborate with management to resolve grievances, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace for employees.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in Labour Welfare or related field (MSW preferred).
• MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for record-keeping purposes.
