Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Wedding Planner role based in Jaipur. The Wedding Planner will coordinate end-to-end wedding events, including developing concepts, preparing timelines, and managing logistics across venues, décor, catering, entertainment, and other services. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their preferences and cultural requirements, creating detailed proposals, and maintaining clear communication from initial consultation to event completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include vendor coordination through the Dream Wedding Hub platform, budget tracking, on-site supervision during events, and quick problem-solving to ensure smooth execution. The Wedding Planner will also contribute to building strong vendor relationships and gathering feedback to improve service quality.

• Candidates should possess Event Planning expertise to coordinate venues, logistics, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
