Job summary

Panigrahana Weddings in Goa is seeking a proactive wedding planning professional to guide couples from initial enquiry to proposal, balancing vision with budget and venue constraints. You will partner with design and execution teams to present feasible concepts and accurate quotations.

You will maintain CRM records, coordinate site visits, and ensure clear handovers to delivery teams while accommodating weekend meetings and on-site requirements in Goa.

Qualifications

• Consultative communication, attentive listening and organised follow-through.
• Relevant sales, client servicing, events or hospitality experience and interest in wedding design.
• Ability to discuss aesthetics and commercial details without promising unapproved deliverables.
• Comfort with proposals, spreadsheets and CRM systems.
• Availability for on-site work in Goa, client meetings and venue visits, including weekends when required.
