Role Summary

We are seeking a data-driven Website Manager to oversee the maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of our digital properties. This role combines technical website management with analytical expertise to enhance user experience and drive traffic growth. The ideal candidate will balance day-to-day website operations with strategic initiatives to maximize our online presence and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily website operations including content updates, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring 99.9% uptime across all digital properties'/show websites
• Design and implement UI/UX improvements based on user behavior data, A/B testing results, and industry best practices to optimize conversion rates
• Configure and manage web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, heat mapping tools - MS Clarity) to track user journeys, conversion funnels, and engagement metrics
• Develop monthly intelligence reports translating website data into actionable business insights, identifying trends, and recommending strategic improvements
• Execute comprehensive SEO strategies including on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, local SEO implementation, and link-building initiatives
• Recommend and implement third-party integrations including CRM systems, marketing automation tools, chatbots, and API connections to ensure seamless data flow and functionality
• Implement and maintain tracking pixels, webhooks, and marketing tool integrations while ensuring data accuracy across all platforms
• Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall website performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to align website initiatives with business objectives and manage stakeholder expectations
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers for specialized website projects while maintaining quality standards and timelines
• Manage website security protocols, SSL certificates, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, cookies policies)
• Liaise with the HQ team in a timely manner to ensure key website changes and updates are implemented promptly

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on website management experience
• Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or similar) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and tag management systems
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and search ranking factors
• Experience with API integrations and third-party tool implementations
• Proven stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with website performance optimization and troubleshooting
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize)
• Knowledge of basic JavaScript and RESTful APIs
