Job summary

Michelin North America, Inc. is seeking a Web Master/Web Publisher/CMS Expert to create master pages for editorial content, campaigns, and forms across Michelin websites.

You will coordinate translations with country teams via Jira and email, manage CRM promotions to go-live dates, and secure approvals from regional stakeholders. You will collaborate with CRM Product Owners to identify challenges, drive fixes, and ensure timely product launches with the data/PIM teams.

Responsibilities

• Create master pages for editorial content, campaigns, promotions, and forms on Michelin websites in line with launch timelines.
• Coordinate with country teams via email or Jira to gather translations and deploy pages per project scope.
• Create and launch CRM promotions aligned with go-live dates, securing validations and approvals from country stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CRM Product Owners to identify blockers and drive timely fixes or resolutions.
• Manage product launches with data/PIM teams to ensure smooth market rollout and tag assets for launches.
• Prepare master KDL files to initiate localization requests and ensure timely translations across non-English markets.
• Ensure adherence to editorial guidelines, brand visuals, basic SEO (metatags, Hn tags, on-page SEO) and responsive web design.
• Proactively propose content, layout, and UX improvements based on stakeholder needs.
• Oversee JIRA ticket management, provide solutions, respond to queries, and coordinate with teams to close issues.
• Administer e-learning 360 platform and Apostrophe training access for new regions/locales.
• Participate in daily scrums, sharing progress and blockers with the webmaster team.
• Coordinate with QA and DCAD teams to manage authoring fixes and ensure timely validation of content.
• Follow up with countries for content validations and approvals to push pages live.

MISSION :

Creating master pages for editorial content, campaigns, promotions, and forms on Michelin websites in alignment with launch timelines. Coordinating with country teams via email or Jira to gather localized translations and handling the deployment of pages according to the project scope. Creating and launching CRM promotions in alignment with scheduled go-live dates, ensuring all necessary validations and approvals are secured from relevant country stakeholders. Collaborating closely with CRM Product Owners to identify potential challenges or blockers and proactively working with them to drive timely fixes or resolutions.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• Creating master pages for editorial content, campaigns, promotions, and forms on Michelin websites in alignment with launch timelines. Coordinating with country teams via email or Jira to gather localized translations and handling the deployment of pages according to the project scope.
• Creating and launching CRM promotions in alignment with scheduled go-live dates, ensuring all necessary validations and approvals are secured from relevant country stakeholders. Collaborating closely with CRM Product Owners to identify potential challenges or blockers and proactively working with them to drive timely fixes or resolutions.
• Manage product launches to ensure timely go-live in accordance with the planned start date, coordinating with the data/PIM team to identify and resolve any challenges prior to launch for a smooth market rollout. Work on the product content update within PIM to tag assets for Product launches.
• Prepare master KDL files for new or existing pages/content to initiate localization requests with country/website owners, ensuring timely translation delivery, supporting smooth content deployment across non-English markets.
• Ensure that the Group's editorial guidelines and visual identity of the brand as well as the basic SEO best practices (metatags, Hn tags and on-page SEO techniques) and responsiveness are followed and optimized while authoring the web content.
• Detecting actively and proposing content improvement, webpage layout improvement and updates need or user experience optimizations whenever relevant to the business stakeholders.
• Managing end-to-end JIRA requests to ensure:
  • Provide a solution to the individual Jira tickets/requests/issues/bugs raised by countries or local markets via JIRA tracking tool.
  • Respond to stakeholders' queries, issues, comments, and suggestions following deadlines defined on individual tickets.
  • Follow up on the individual issues resolution especially when creating Gitlab/CBE tickets for code evolution / bug fixing (making sure the tickets are refined, planned, and update sent to countries (through JIRA) when solved.
• Managing e-learning 360 platform and Apostrophe training environment accesses and follow up with new users before providing them access to requested regions/locales.
• Actively participate in daily scrum meetings to discuss the ongoing/upcoming topics and share visibility on the challenges/blockers while working on the authoring topics.
• Manage issues or authoring fixes raised by QA team and DCAD Team (i.e., development team) as efficiently as possible and assign those tickets to the webmaster team.
• Following up with countries or concerned teams for the validations and approval of the content to push the pages live and bring tickets to closure.
