Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Web Developer (HTML Email Developer) with expertise in creating responsive HTML email templates and delivering high-quality email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong HTML/CSS skills, experience in email template development, testing, troubleshooting, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Requirements Gathering

• Collaborate with Project Managers and marketing stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and requirements.
• Review project briefs thoroughly and seek clarifications before development.
• Identify and communicate potential risks during campaign execution.
• Coordinate with creative teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements into HTML email templates.

HTML Email Template Development

• Develop responsive HTML email templates from PSD designs.
• Ensure compatibility across major email clients and devices.
• Implement dynamic and personalized content using technologies such as AMPscript and SSJS.
• Optimize email templates for performance, usability, and deliverability.

Email Testing & Quality Assurance

• Conduct comprehensive testing across multiple email clients and devices.
• Validate rendering, functionality, links, and personalization elements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HTML/CSS-related rendering issues.

Process Compliance & Documentation

• Accurately update ticketing and request management systems with required details and timelines.
• Follow all SOPs, DTPs, checklists, and process documentation.
• Complete operational reports and maintain accurate records for reporting and tracking purposes.

• Strong proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience building responsive email templates for various email clients.
• Understanding of email marketing and email design best practices.
