Primary Requirements:

• Calls the clients and gather & generate requirements from leads
• Sell the services of the company
• Transfer the positive calls to the senior, if the client is interested
• Understand the requirement of the client and provide the services
• Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects
• Report weekly sales goals and objectives to TL
• Making prospects by calls and increasing the business
• Up-sell additional products as the need arise.
• Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects.

• Exceptional Client Handing Power
• Fluency in Business Communication with abroad clients.
• Applicants must have to relocate Kolkata within 5 days (If applicants are outside of the company location)
• Applicants must have capabilities to work for US shift(Night)
• Fresher/ExperiencedFemale Both are eligible for application.

Preferred Professional Background:

• CCE(Customer Care Executive), CSA(Customer Service Associate) Energy Support, Lead Generation Executive, IT Sales Executive.
