Job summary

Evangelist Apps is seeking a Web Admin with hands-on experience in WordPress, SEO, and website branding to manage and enhance our online presence in India.

You will handle content management, on-page SEO, and branding consistency while collaborating with marketing and design teams to drive site performance and improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Web Administration, WordPress, or related role.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress content management and page optimization.
• Familiarity with SEO tools and Core Web Vitals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's WordPress website.
• Create, update, and optimize web pages, landing pages, blogs, images, forms, and other website content.
• Implement on-page and basic technical SEO practices to improve organic visibility.
• Manage meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links, image optimization, and other SEO elements.
• Maintain consistent branding, design, messaging, and visual identity across the website.
• Monitor website performance, indexing, broken links, redirects, and other basic technical issues.
• Manage WordPress plugins, themes, updates, backups, and basic website security.
• Ensure the website is mobile-friendly, user-friendly, and performance optimized.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams on website and branding initiatives.
• Use SEO and analytics tools to monitor website performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools for SEO, content optimization, research, and productivity.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in Web Administration, WordPress, SEO, or a related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress.
• Good understanding of SEO and website optimization.
• Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics/GA4.
• Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar.
• Understanding of website branding and content management.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred.
• Knowledge of website performance, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of website-related activities.
• Experience with AI tools for web, SEO, or content-related tasks is an advantage.
