Key Responsibilities

1. Web Development

• Manage and maintain WordPress website
• Customize themes and plugins (no heavy reliance on pre‑built hacks)

2. SEO & Performance Optimization

• Implement technical SEO:
• URL optimization
• Improve Core Web Vitals:
• Page speed optimization
• Optimize website architecture for search engines and GPT models
• Work with content team for blog and landing page SEO

3. Conversion Optimization

• Improve lead capture forms and checkout funnels
• Optimize landing pages for higher conversions
• Implement tracking:

• Conversion tracking (forms, purchases)

4. Security & Maintenance
