Dr Lal PathLabs seeks a highly experienced leader to head the laboratory as Technical and Administrative head. The role involves overseeing calibration, quality control, and maintenance of all instruments to ensure accurate test results and timely reporting.

The incumbent will guide technicians and staff, optimize operating costs, and prepare the lab for QA audits, while actively participating in CMEs to stay abreast of industry standards.

Qualifikationen

• MD Pathology or DNB required.

Aufgaben

• Take charge as Technical and Administrative head of Lab.
• Look after technical aspects: instrument calibration, running controls for accurate results, daily machine maintenance.
• Strictly monitor quality control of all tests conducted.
• Ensure accurate testing, validation, timely release of reports, and efficient inventory control.
• Provide guidance to technicians and other staff; keep operating costs within budget.
• Prepare lab for QA audits or any applicable audits.
• Attend and present CMEs.

Job responsibility:

• To take charge as Technical and Administrative head of Lab
• You shall look after the various technical aspects of the laboratory, such as timely calibration of the various instruments installed, running of the controls to ensure accurate results of the samples tested, daily maintenance of the machines for which the concerned engineer are to be contacted on need basis.
• You shall strictly monitor Quality control of all tests conducted.
• Ensure accurate testing, validation, timely release of reports, and efficient inventory control.
• Providing guidance to the Technicians and other staff members of Lab.
• Keeping the cost of operation of the lab, under budgeted limits.
• Preparing the lab for QA audits or any audits as applicable.
• Attend and present CMEs
