Job summary

Safran Aircraft Engine Services India Private Limited in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Warehouse Inventory Controller to manage inventory control and warehouse operations.

You will monitor stock using SAP EWM, perform cycle counts, ensure FIFO compliance, and drive 5S/kaizen improvements for increased efficiency. Diploma or degree with 8–10 years of experience and strong numeracy are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or graduate with 8–10 years in warehouse operations and stock control.
• Experience in warehouse operations & inventory management and strong numeracy.
• Proven teamwork and problem-solving skills; familiarity with SAP EWM is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and organize the inventory check.
• Launch cycle count order and monitor the team (in coordination with warehouse supervisor).
• Ensure inventory reports/counts are accurate.
• Prepare reports from SAP.
• Issue findings and problem-solving using SAP transactions.
• Adopt issue methods for shelf-life items (FIFO).
• Shelf-life monitoring.
• Monitor system accuracy in picking against the pick list.
• Monitor system accuracy in putting against SAP movement.
• Drive improvements such as 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
