Alstom in Mumbai is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations, optimize storage layouts, and drive 3PL performance. You will ensure safe, compliant logistics practices and align material flows with ERP systems to support production and customer satisfaction.
You will manage a team of supervisors and operators, work cross-functionally with Logistics Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Planning, and implement APSYS continuous improvement initiatives for sustainable growth.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the alignment of physical and system material flows, enabling seamless operations that directly impact production efficiency and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Logistics Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Planning), manage warehouse layouts and inventory accuracy, and lead a team of supervisors and operators to deliver excellence in logistics operations.
You’ll specifically take care of optimizing storage space and defining warehouse layouts, but also managing 3PL (Third Party Logistician) performance and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
