Job summary

Alstom in Nagpur is seeking a logistics leader to optimize warehouse operations, manage material flows, and drive ERP-based improvements. You will partner with Logistics Engineers, Planning Managers, and Material Planners to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant storage and delivery processes.

You will lead and develop a team of Logistics Operators, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with 3PL partners to raise performance and ensure production material availability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• At least 2 years in a management position.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.

Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside a dynamic and collaborative team of professionals.

You'll ensure the seamless operation and alignment of physical and system flows within the warehouse. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business, including Logistics Engineering, Planning Managers, and Material Planners, to optimize material storage and delivery processes while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

You'll specifically take care of managing material flows (reception, kitting, shipping, etc.), but also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team development.
