Job summary

RGBSI is seeking a Warehouse Management Executive to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling processes in Ahmedabad. The role requires extensive SAP (MM/WM/EWM) experience and a strong focus on shelf-life management for chemical materials.

You will coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow, manage BOM alignment, and maintain high standards of safety and compliance in a large-scale industrial setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in chemical / manufacturing / wind energy industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM/WM/EWM and WMS tools.
• Good understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials) and production support processes.
• Experience in handling chemical materials with shelf-life tracking (FIFO/FEFO).
• Proven ability to manage large-scale material handling and bulk inventory.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, and outbound logistics.
• Ensure efficient handling of large-scale materials and high-volume inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP (MM/WM/EWM) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Monitor and manage BOM for production alignment.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
• Implement best practices for inventory control, stock audits, and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, especially for chemical materials.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes for improved efficiency and reduced turnaround time.
• Manage dispatch planning and timely delivery of materials to production lines.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Experience
