Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse In-Charge to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory, stock movement, and dispatch activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of inventory management, warehouse documentation, and team handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper inventory management.
• Monitor inward and outward stock and verify goods against invoices and delivery challans.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and accounts departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure timely order processing, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain proper warehouse arrangement and ensure the safety of stock.
• Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily responsibilities.
• Maintain records of damaged, returned, and defective goods.
• Prepare daily stock reports and other warehouse-related MIS reports.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and follow warehouse safety procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or 12th pass; relevant experience will be preferred.
• 4-5 years of experience in warehouse management or inventory control.
• Experience in handling home appliances, kitchenware, cookware, or consumer goods will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management software.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and team-handling skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in the same or similar industry and a strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock management, and dispatch processes will be preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
