Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated Warehouse Executive – Inventory & Packing to join our Bhiwandi hub operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, overseeing packaging procedures, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations in compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute day-to-day inventory management tasks, including receiving, counting, stocking, and dispatching goods.
• Monitor packing operations to ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness.
• Coordinate with the logistics team for dispatch schedules and shipment documentation.
• Ensure inventory records are accurately maintained in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Regularly conduct stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse as per 5S standards.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and operational guidelines among warehouse staff.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and packing reports.
• Communicate with procurement, sales, and delivery teams to ensure inventory sufficiency and workflow efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Supply Chain preferred).
• Basic knowledge of inventory control systems and logistics operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse management software.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi/Marathi).

Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or packing within logistics, e-commerce, FMCG, or retail sectors.
• Experience with barcoding, scanning, and WMS preferred.

Working Hours

• Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
• Location Flexibility: Candidates must be open to working from the Bhiwandi hub.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and warehouse compliance procedures.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of order fulfillment and shipping processes.
